Hypnobirthing

I offer families a one-to-one course combining hypnobirthing education and full antenatal birth guidance and preparation. I deliver this course as a Birth Prep In A Box facilitator. I love supporting families through this offering, as the versatility of the course means it can be tailored to whatever suits your situation and needs best.

It can be adapted to first-time parents looking to gather as much learning as possible, people who have previously done hypnobirthing but are looking for a refresher course, or families welcoming their second or subsequent children who would like to encompass time to debrief on previous experiences.

I can deliver the session with you and your birth partner in person in the comfort of your own home; evening and weekend sessions are available. If required, I can facilitate the course online through video calls. In general, I deliver the course over 3-4 sessions, each lasting 2-3 hours. However, if required it can be provided as a full one-day course.

As well as one-to-one sessions working through the course content you will receive a full set of hypnobirthing and antenatal education flashcards, full access to the Birth Prep In A Box online resources and videos, access to the online community pages and free access to a variety of hypnobirthing mp3 scripts.
