⭐️ 2 days of antenatal birth preparation and hypnobirthing education plus ongoing access to resources and support with birth plans. Delivered by me - an experienced local birthworker, doula and Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). 💙 education to support your body through labour and birth 💚 understanding your rights and informed choice making 💜 hypnobirthing course with access to several Mp3 tracks 🧡 birth plan templates, flash cards and affirmation cards 💛 ongoing access to the Birth Prep in a Box online resource library and website 🤍 gift bag of treats Suitable for first time parents or those who have already been through pregnancy and birth. I operate a self directed sliding scale for my group classes (guidance given) and am happy to discuss payment plans to increase accessibility. Payment is for you and a birth partner.
