I work across Kent as a holistic doula and birthkeeper, IBCLC infant feeding and breastfeeding specialist and antenatal and hypnobirthing teacher. My passion is for supporting families across the unique and transformational journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I work with families antenatally, as a birth doula, and as a postnatal doula, allowing continuity of care for your blossoming family as you navigate the twists and turns of this unique time.
I’m here to hold space for you to make this incredible journey in the way that feels right for you. I help to combine education, information gathering, holistic self-care and ways to tune deeply into your own intuition and desires. As well as offering a space for you to be truly listened to and held with no judgement on which path your own decisions may lead you.
I support all families through all birth choices and have experience supporting families choosing home-birth and freebirth, as well as birthing on a midwife led unit or labour ward.
Nurturing families as a postnatal doula is also a key part of my role. I can offer specialist breastfeeding support as a qualified Lactation Consultant, and doula your postpartum journey; helping you to rest and enjoy the postpartum weeks by supporting holistically the nourishment of the whole family.
I truly believe everyone deserves a doula and am open to honest discussions around affordability including service swaps, payment plans, and sliding scales.

Holistic Birthkeeper Support (not including birth support)
3 antenatal visits at a time of your choosing to help work through your birth plan, choices through pregnancy and birth and support you and any birth partners you have. Offering you continuity of support and the space to reflect on your pregnancy. Helping you feel calm, positive, and in control. A gifted pregnancy journal to guide you through the pregnancy. Access to my library of books. One postnatal visit to debrief on the birth experience.
Investment £500
Basic Holistic Birthkeeper Package
4 antenatal sessions together. 2 postnatal visits. Pregnancy journal. Book library access. Use of a birth pool if requested. On-call 24/7 from 38 weeks until the baby arrives. Full continuous support throughout the labour and birth.

Bespoke Holistic Birthkeeper Package
Up to 5 antenatal sessions together, and up to 3 postnatal sessions. Antenatal and hypnobirthing course. Antenatal breastfeeding webinar. Pregnancy journal. Book library access. Birth pool if requested. 2 bespoke guided relaxation tracks. A blended aromatherapy massage oil for use during labour. The option to have me facilitate a mother blessing ceremony. On-call 24/7 from 38 weeks until the baby arrives and full continuous support throughout the labour and birth.

Postnatal Support
As a postnatal doula, I am there to support and nurture the postpartum parent and the whole family as they transition into their new lives together. This support can encompass anything and everything that adds support and value to a family's journey. This may include feeding support, debriefing your birth, practical help with your newborn, spending time entertaining older children, helping with pets or other general household chores; allowing you to focus on you and your new family.
*Investment - £22 per hour, minimum 2.5 hour slots or £200 for a 10 hour block booking.
Night Doula
I can offer practical and emotional support if you are finding night times overwhelming or need an extra pair of hands. I can help to bring baby to you if you are breastfeeding and use my lactation skills to help support you with this. My support may include helping with nappy changes, soothing them, and helping you to maximise your rest and recovery. It may be required as a one-off or to help transition through a tricky time postpartum.

This offering provides you with unlimited text/WhatsApp support. This can be emotional and/or practical remote support, answering any questions and signposting to resources of information.
