Hypnobirthing (DEPOSIT ONLY)

£45 fee is deposit only. Full fee is £225. A payment plan for the full balance will be arranged to suit you.

I offer families a one-to-one course combining hypnobirthing education and full antenatal birth guidance and preparation. I deliver this course as a ‘Birth Prep In A Box’ facilitator. I love supporting families through this offering, as the versatility of the course means it can be tailored to whatever suits your situation and needs best. I can also add other elements of my holistic doula support to the antenatal course such as discussing movement and biomechanics in labour, nutrition in pregnancy and postpartum, and helping the whole family feel empowered and supported. 

It can be adapted to first-time parents looking to gather as much learning as possible, people who have previously done hypnobirthing but are looking for a refresher course, or families welcoming their second or subsequent children who would like to encompass time to debrief on previous experiences. 

I can deliver the session with you and your birth partner in person in the comfort of your own home; evening and weekend sessions are available. If required, I can facilitate the course online through video calls, meaning location isn’t a barrier. In general, I deliver the course over 3 sessions, each lasting 2-3 hours. However, if required, it can be provided as a full one-day course or two longer sessions. 

As well as bespoke one-to-one sessions working through the course content, you will receive a full set of hypnobirthing and antenatal education flashcards, access to an online resource library and videos, and free access to a variety of hypnobirthing mp3 scripts.
