Three Step Rewind for birth or breastfeeding trauma

A gentle and effective technique that uses deep guided relaxation to help clients to release unwanted emotional and/or physical responses to past memories and traumatic experiences. It works by activating a person's own ability to heal themselves. This is a form of neuro linguistic programming and not a form of therapy; as such it can be offered alongside other forms of therapy and counselling. 

Within the process you do not need to do anything, simply follow my voice and the instructions. You are very welcome to share the experience with me but please know this is not a requirement to the process. Please know that you will still hold the memory, but the automatic response may be altered.

I will guide you through the 3 sessions which will use guided relaxation and all you need to do is make yourself comfortable, relax and listen to my voice and instructions.

Offered over 3 sessions either online via video call or in person in Deal, Kent.
